HOW TO DRAW BILLY THE LID
In 9 Easy Steps
Step 1
First draw a diamond with a smaller diamond inside of it
Step 2
Draw a boat-like shape or the bottom of a genie's lamp to make the bottom mouth

Add a cup shape with a line through the middle to make Billy's neck
Step 4
Add a wavy shape for the top part of
Billy's mouth that's roughly 1/2 the
width of the bottom part of his mouth

Add two circles on the end of Billy's mouth with two smaller dark circles inside them
Step 6
Add a line under Billy's mouth for his
metal teeth
Step 7
Make a little stump shape for Billy's cowboy hat with the left side left open
Step 8
Draw two ribbon shapes for Billy's bandana
Step 9
Draw lines for Billy's metal teeth and the segments of his mouth
